In order for you to get the most out of your yoga classes, please be mindful of the following:

IN-STUDIO CLASSES:

Arrive to class at least 5 minutes before the start of class, allowing yourself enough time to settle on the mat. Please try avoid joining the online class late it is disruptive for others.

Remember the studio is a shoe free, phone free zone. Shoes and handbags can be left outside. However if you wish to rather place your handbag in the downstairs lounge please do so.

Collect your props as per the props Suzanne has next to her mat. All props can be found in the cupboards.

If this is your first-ever class with Suzanne, all relevant forms need to filled out and emailed through prior to the first class.

Be sure to let Suzanne know of any injuries that affects your practice, well before this class. This will allow her to regress poses where applicable.

ONLINE CLASSES:

All online yoga classes will be conducted via zoom. Please book the day before the relevant class. The zoom link and password, and list of props will be sent to you before the class.

For your online yoga practice you will need a yoga mat and a basic set of props, such as blocks and a strap, and sometimes a chair without arms. There are some stores that are selling these online at the moment. Please reach out for details on what is best. If you cannot procure props a (i) neck tie, gown tie or scarf, (ii) 2 tupperware’s (think blocks) and (iii) blanket will suffice for most classes.

Please mute your zoom session when participating in yoga classes or workshops. Please leave your videos on. You can pin Suzanne Video stream on zoom by clicking on the three dots. I encourage you to play music in the session if you enjoy practicing to music.

I do suggest during class you put phones on silent or vibrate or even better leave them out the room giving yourself the time to practice away from distraction.

Book your spot for class by contacting Suzanne and let her know your chosen day and time. Booking is essential, as space is limited. You can find out more about each class or weekly theme through the All About Yoga Instagram page.

Arrive to class with enough time to settle yourself on the mat. If this is your first-ever class with Suzanne, please male sure you have filled out all the relevant forms before. If you think you are going to be late, contact Suzanne ahead of time to let her know, and slip into class quietly on arrival so as not to disturb other yogis.

Be sure to let Suzanne know of any injuries that affects your practise, well before this class. This will allow her to modify the class for you according to your needs, if necessary.

Put phones on silent or vibrate whenever possible. In a perfect world, we could use our practice as a break from our commitments, but as a mother of three herself, Suzanne understands that phones can’t always be switched off. Please leave your phones outside of the class on silent. If you need to have your phone with you for something urgent, please notify Suzanne. You can then place it on silent next to your mat.

Please note the studio is a shoe free zone and shoes are to be left outside. handbags can be placed outside or in the studio lounge. But please not in the studio due to space constraints.
