Mondays: Slow Flow 8.00am to 9.00am Women Only Class

Tuesday: Slow Flow 5pm to 6.00pm Suitable for all levels

Wednesdays: Reserved for Private lessons. Contact Suzanne

Thursdays: Strong Flow 5pm to 6.15pm Intermediate class

Places are limited so please remember to book your yoga class in advance. All classes are offered as a hybrid option. In Studio classes not cancelled 12 hours before will be charged for.

Drop-in class: R175

Packages

Five class pass: R700

Ten class pass: R1350 - 10 classes (+ 1 free)

Family packages: These packages are for parent and child or spouses/ partners only. Additionally they only apply to families who come more than once a week.

Families that come x2 a week; 20 class pass - R2600 
Families that split classes; 15 class pass - R2000 
Both packages have an added discount and the extra one class pass will still apply.

Please note all packages are only valid for a year.

Payment can be made via cash or through an EFT


Private Lessons

Private yoga classes are normally recommended for absolute beginners to develop skills to join a group class or for skilled practitioners looking to advance.

Yoga Therapy

Suzanne offers yoga therapy training sessions one-on-one for those that are looking for a therapeutic experience. Whether it is merely to improve movement patterns, increase strength or mobility, rehabilitation work or working with breath and softening. She engages with other physical therapists as well as draws on her counselling background when necessary in offering a holistic therapy practice.

Corporate Wellness

Suzanne also offers corporate wellness yoga sessions. Having worked in the corporate arena for over a decade before deciding to take time off and focus on her family, Suzanne can relate to corporate stressors and stresses. She will work with Human Resource departments to assess and customise a programme suited to each corporate or department.
