Forearm Balance Workshop - Level 2

The second level of the workshop, we will work more on some advanced drills. This is to help us build more strength in the optimal upper back line and shoulders. We will specifically focus on the following elements: 1. Upper shoulder strength 2. Finding our forearm balance line in different shapes with 3. Repeating these same drills in handstand - increasing load and strength, 4. Playing with the hop ups to the wall to try and catch a balance. 5. Trying to train your body to understand where it is in that upside down space.

This workshop is limited to 6 people. So remember to book ASAP.

Price R400. More advanced students can do the level 2 workshop only, but I do recommend doing both as the work we do in level one will be a good grounding for level 2. For those who do both both workshops are available at R700.
