Inversions Workshop

Join me as we explore 3 fun inversions, sirsasana A (headstand), pincha mayuransana (feathered peacock also known as forearm balance) and adho mukha vrksasana (handstand). This workshop is recommended for those who are familiar with inverting and bearing weight in their arms. You do not have to be a proficient hand-stander. If you are not sure contact me to discuss joining.

We will explore some strength based poses that are required to practise these inversions, as well as make us more adept at these inversions. We will work on some drills to kick up into handstand and for those more familiar with inversions we will look at some fun alternatives.

This work shop will be 3.5hrs long. 3 hours of dedicated yoga time, play time and ample cool down time Followed by a light brunch.
