Yoga Foundations


Yoga Foundations is a 4-week small-group pathway designed to help you move from “starting yoga” into a steady, ongoing practice.

Rather than drop-in classes, this is a contained process that prioritises familiarity, confidence, and continuity. No prior yoga experience is required.

Weeks 1–3: Core Group

We meet as a closed group on:

Tuesdays 14, 21 & 28 April
5:00–6:00pm

These sessions focus on:

  • learning how to move safely and steadily at your own pace

  • building confidence with basic postures and breath

  • developing the rhythm of a regular practice

  • being supported within the same small group

Week 4: Integration

In the final week, you will join one of my regular small-group yoga classes so you can integrate into the ongoing studio rhythm.

You may choose:

  • Monday 4 May · 5:00–6:00pm
    or

  • Wednesday 6 May · 5:00–6:00pm

I will guide you personally on which option is the best fit.

What Happens Next

After Yoga Foundations, students are welcome to continue attending regular weekly classes if it feels right for them.

Spaces are limited to maintain the small-group nature of the pathway, with a supported transition into regular classes.
