Summer Flow Beginners Series - In Studio Only

Join Suzanne for another Yoga Beginners Series. The course runs over 5 weeks. The first three weeks cover all the basics and then last two weeks pick up the pace, as you become more familiar with the yoga terms and poses. It’s fun, it’s rewarding and it is the right level of challenging for beginners or those who need a refresher or those coming back to yoga after a break.
